Tropi-Tana Sun Tanning Salon

I've been tanning at tropitana for 3 years and refuse to go anywhere else. the employees are nice, helpful and knowledgable and the tanning experience is the best in town. every tan package they offer is totally worth the money. i would recommend this place to anyone...you won't be disappointed!

They advertise that it does not leave streaks on your skin like lotions...they are wrong!!! My wrist were blotchy and orange! Inside of my elbows were dark brown and dirty looking, my feet were white and my ankles were blotchy brown and orange! Here's the scam...after they spray you they tell you that you need to purchase a $25 bottle of mousse to even out the tan and retain the tan...in other words...you end up with a bottle tan in the end anyway! A very expensive bottle tan!! There are no returns! No credits!!! They'd rather lose a customer who could bring in hundreds of dollars in other services then to give you a credit of $25-$30 for a product that was false advertised!!! DON'T DO IT!!! This business does not understand that customers are the business. They do not appreciate their customers!!!

I love this tanning salon! The customer service was wonderful the employees are very friendly and helpful. It may be higher priced than other salons but well worth it. You get a variety of tanning beds with excellent results. Always very clean and to me that's a deal breaker. I'll definitely be back to this salon :)

I have been going to Tropi-Tana for over a year. In spite of the pleasure I've had dealing with the front desk help, there is a manager (Stacey?) who is rude and arrogant, and treats her employees terribly. More than once I've sat and watched her rant at one of her poor employees in front of customers, while the employee tries to keep some semblance of professionalism in front of the customers.Good employees.... terrible manager.

the experience i had with this business is awful! the management is unorganized and it's really hard to believe they know what they are talking about. also, the bulbs in a lot of the beds were not strong at all, and some were even burned out.

I've been tanning at Trop-i-tana for years and have always enjoyed my experience. They are always professional and curtious, and have a very clean shop, I go to a tanning salon to tan, and they have a great variety of beds and bulbs to choose from - always a great tan.

MY GIRLFRIEND WENT TO THIS SALON AND FELT VERY UNAPPRECIATED. I DON'T BELIEVE IT HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! DOESN'T SEEM TO REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP THE BUSINESS GOING!

PROS: SWEET EMPLOYEES
CONS: RUDE MANAGMENT AND OWNERSHIP

I do not believe this business is deserving of customers. I have been to many tanning salons and pretty much loved all of them, but this one is different. They seem very business oriented and not at all customer oriented.
