Panda Inn

This place is amazing. It is situated at the very top level of Horton Plaza so the views are great. They have a fantastic Chinese menu and the best Egg Drop Soup and Honey Walnut Shrimp ever. They have great lunch specials. Dinner is a little pricey, but worth it for some super tasty Chinese. They finish the meal by giving you white chocolate dipped fortune cookies. YUM! One of my favorite restaurants in San Diego!

Came here for Sunday brunch and they offer all of their star dishes. The pan fried noodles and honey walnut shrimp are fantastic. Their eggplant szechuan is pretty good too.

i highly recommend Phoenix chicken and the egg rolls.the food here is very tasty and their service is not bad at all! .... they have difrent diversity of their cultuaral food to pick from and i wouodnt mind going again!

Located on the top floor of Horton Plaza, Panda Inn serves up some quite good Chinese Food in a stylish setting. I highly recommend Phoenix Chicken -- a tangy, spicy chicken -- it's my favorite dish on the menu. And their white-chocolate dipped fortune cookie is a great way to end a meal. Avoid the cavernous back room if possible.
