Autozone

They gave me the wrong bulbs for my brake lights for my Mercedes E320 after I called in advance to make sure they had the part. This caused a short in my electrical system which is costing me close to $300 to repair at the dealer. This was caused by lack of knowledge with the staff and is very upsetting. Management refuses to accept any responsibility for this.

This warehopuse type automotive store / shop has a great selection of the items that i want at reasonable prices. They have a great staff that went out of their way to help me out with a diagnostic problem - then they made several good suggestions. The place was a bit dirty though

I would definitely recommend Auto zone. I buy stuff here for my car all the time at great prices. Customer service is great.

autoZOne has everything and anything you can ever need for your vehicle. From cars to trucks they have tires, paint, mufflers etc. Hers the best part about this place: I went in to but a new car battery for my chevy. Not only did they help me pick outthe battery I needed- they actually put the battery in at no exstra charge! This I could not believe! My own garage wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a tire and more fo rthe labor- at autoZOne they gave me sevice with a smile! Saved me about 100.00 also! I llove the employees there also.
