While this vet is probably great when it comes to dogs, I have had terrible experiences with his care for cats. He is allergic to cats, and tends to rush through their treatment so he can get them out of the office.

He is willing to do things like stay late to handle an appointment or drop-off if you call ahead, or come in on days he's otherwise closed, but that doesn't make up for the poor medical care he gives feline patients. One of our kittens had a poorly sutured spaying incision that threatened to come open and bled frequently until it healed, for instance.

Another kitten suffered a broken leg and had a full-leg splint cast put on. At the one month check-up, the vet said everything was proceeding well and that there were no problems. Two weeks later when it was time to get the cast removed, it turned out the upper break hadn't healed properly and was poorly set due to the kitten's leg not being properly immobilized by the cast. The vet apparently didn't think to immobilize him at the hip when he had a break that high up, and also was unable to catch this issue during a routine follow-up. This kitten is going to have a permanent limp because of poor medical care from a rush-job vet.

If all you need are shots or prescriptions and the location's convenient, you might as well go here, but for anything serious you're better off finding a better vet for your cats.

Great vet. Takes the time to get to know you and your pet. Very friendly. Out puppy loves him. He was wonderful. Our puppy (8 lbs.) ate about half of a Sacramento Bee and started bleeding where he shouldn't. We took him to Doctor Solomen who kept him over night and even came in on a Sunday to make sure that our "little boy" was ok. When we got him back he was in a great mood. The vet sent us home with some special food and now he is good as new.
