Hyperion Auto Repair

My wife and I, as well as countless friends have used Hyperion Auto Repair for years! Alex and Gabby are like having family in the auto repair business. They never do anything that is not needed and always give good advice. I would definitely recommend them any time!

Im from Georgia, where you know someone who knows someone who can fix your car.... This is how I found Alex and Gaby. My neighbor sent me there and I was surprised at how quickly I got my car back and how inexpensive it was. They are good reliable people that I trust.... and they dont beat around the bush. I love them!)

Hyperion auto is where the whole world should go. In the 30 years that ive been driving I have NEVER had a good experience with mechancs . Alex Gabby and their handsom nephew Eddy are the most honest PEOPLE I have ever known. These guys are nice, they work fast and do a nice clean job for an awesome price. These three are unstopable and can fix anything

I recommended them to 4 co-workers and all were very pleased. Been going there for 4 years and always treated fairly. They never tried to make me get extra stuff done. Prices very good.

I found this place two years ago when I moved into the neighborhood. At the time I just liked the convenient location. Now, two years later, they have proven to be the absolute best and fairest mechanics I have ever used. I have a very old Volvo and last year I only spent $1500 to keep it running. That is because they are so honest and they prefer the long term customer over the quick sale. Anyone who says they had a bad experience at Hyperion is tripping! Gaby and Alex are the best. They take care of my entire Family's cars and I refer everyone I know to them for auto service.

2 out of 2 times that I have taken my car to Hyperion Auto Repair I have been given one price and then when it comes time to get the bill the amount is totally different. I am never taking my car here again.

I have have been having my cars serviced and repaired by Hyperion Auto Repair for the past 7 years and have referred several friends. Alex and Gaby are honest beyond reproach and have impeccable integrity. They do quality work at a fair price. Even though I have moved across town, I still bring our cars over to Silverlake for any work or service. You will not find a better shop in L.A.

This is one auto repair shop you can "Trust".

I don't trust car people, as a rule, but I have yet to not trust (Alex and Gaby) Hyperion Auto's work, prices, work ethic, judgement...etc.
People often spread bad word yet how often do we remember to give kudos when due? They are due at Hyperion...thanks Alex and Gaby!
I not only want to thank them, thank the Maker for them, but post here to recommend them to others. (They are even worth the drive if they are not close by!)
They even will question the need to do things that possibly don't need to be done...what mechanic will do that?
They are in it -as a business- but they are decent human beings and are rewarded by making people happy. And WE are!

My car would stall at red lights, or sometimes would take a few turns of the key to start. It turned out I needed a new ignition cylinder. The guy who runs the shop was friendly. In fact, the day I decided to take my car there, it would not start at all, and he arranged for a tow truck to get me, and then had one of his mechanics drive me home. It was great service and the price was right. I had this done about 8 months ago, and since then I haven't had a problem with the ignition cylinder. I recommend this shop to all.

I am really impressed with the fairness and decency of these guys. My car has a sad history of deferred maintenance, and when it finally died Hyperion Auto Repair was right there. Lucky me. They stand behind their work, too, and I was astounded at how much major work got done for such a reasonable price. Am amazing find in LA!

I never do anything like this but I've had such great experiences with these guys, I had to say something. I've bought cars from them, I've had cars repaired by them and had cars NOT repaired by them because they didn't need it. Each time was an honest and reliable exchange. They are terrific and reasonable.

PROS: Great work, great price, great service.
CONS:

I work on cars myself but sometimes I don't have the time OR the tools to do it. I've lived in the area for 25 years and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else so long as Gaby and Alex could do what needs to be done. Chances are...THEY CAN! They're Very fari, and NEVER try to screw you. I've gone in and asked them to fix problems that I thought were going to be huge and expensive only to hear it from these guys that it was something much less and not costly. They're very honest and this comes from myself and everyone else that I know who has gone here. You know it's a good shop when people referyou to the same shop that you already know and trust.

Alex and Gaby have been maintaining my whole family's cars for many years. You'll be very well taken care of at this great family business. The prices are very fair, and the service is impeccable.
