I used the Internet a few times but had one very bad experience that sent me running back to a travel agency. I'm so glad I found Kathy at Redwood Skytours on 5th Avenue in San Rafael. She is really wonderful to work with. Such a positive spirit and so knowledgeable. She has traveled SOO many places and if she hasn't been there one of her co-workers have been. They must be the most well-traveled staff ever. I highly recommend using their services. And by the way - I have used her several times now and the rate is always the same or even cheaper than online and she has NEVER charged me any type of fee. Wow!
