Panda Restaurant is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Tri-Valley...right along with Gold Chopsticks (for their Orange-Flavored Beef). Their Honey Braised Shrimp with Walnuts and Orange Chicken are spectacular and their Mongolian Beef is really good, too. Great service, great food, great location...kudos to Panda Restaurant!

Panda tops my list as the best Chinese food in Pleasanton! Their orange chicken was by far the BEST I've ever had...so crispy and light with the perfect orange sauce and tidbits of pineapple! Ono-licious!!!

Their Honey Walnut Prawns are simply heavenly...it was the only dish that wasn't a "leftover" and we appreciated that Panda was generous with the portion of walnuts...we got to enjoy them with every bite of the prawns...YUMMY!

The mongolian beef was also the best I've had and the meat was so ultra-tender throughout, unlike what I've experienced at other Chinese restaurants. The combination chow fun was good, average good, and a nice accompaniment to our flavorful main dishes.

Great food! I usually take out, but the atmosphere and service is excellent when I have dined in. The sauteed string beans dish is awesome. I also recommend their Hunan Tofu, Egg Rolls, and Chow Mein. I am a vegetarian, so I've only tried the non-meat dishes, but my friends have enjoyed the chicken as well.

Panda Restaurant in Pleasanton, CA is a decent spot to head to when you're looking for some good Chinese food. My daughter loves it because the space has a lot of panda pictures and stuffed pandas. My wife loves it because they make some of the best mooshu pancakes around. They are doughier than I am used to having which makes for a better texture and stronger flavor. The potstickers are pretty good too. The one negative is the service is pretty slow but I find it is in most Pleasanton restaurants. Dinner for two and a half people is around $35 to $45 depending on what you have.

PROS: Mooshu pancakes
CONS: Slow service
