24 Hour Fitness

This gym is usually pretty crowded with a wait time to get on a machine. They do have a good variety of machines use and a helpful staff should you need them. Being new there I did have a trainer show me what kinds of things I should do and he was very helpful. He also showed me how to use some machines I was not familiar with. Great Experience so far.

What can I say? If you've been to one 24 hour fitness center, you've been to them all. This one is no different, good babysitting facility, good aerobic room, good machines. A bit smaller than the rest and they have a cool Hip Hop class.

PROS: Right down the street
CONS: You have to see everyone you know see you sweat.
