I don't know what "j N." was talking about below...I had a very rare and complex case in order to fix my teeth. Because of my very narrow pallet, I needed to have a surgery in order to have braces straighten my teeth. It was called Maxxillofacial cortocotomy. Not only did Dr. Ngo take on my case willingly, when many others wouldnt, he personally sat down and told me every single detail of what I was about to experience. The goods, the bads, and the many disturbing possibilities. Complete honesty is all he gave me! As for his service... everytime I am in his office, which is more than regularly, his staff is professional, respectful, and caring to every patient that walks through those glass doors!!! my lower jaw is deficient. So can he do that ? What's his major?
It's about bracing, right. Everyone else can help me? Cause i am really uncomfortable with my appearance now

Is it just me or does it seem like his family members are writing the previous reviews. Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against him, but hes not that perfect. I was a patient of his for two years, and my teeth do look great. The one thing I would wish he would work on is quality service. In 90% of my visits, he doesn't even take time to talk to his patients, rather it was his assistants who worked on my braces who conversed with me. Overall, I feel very invisible, like I was only there to get my rubber bands changed and pay upfront.

The bottom line is if you want good results but don't mind sacrificing service, go with him.

Dr.Jimmy Ngo and his staff are very friendly, my teeth were so ugly before I came to his office,now my teeth is straight AND white because he sells whitening gels.

If you want a great orthodontist then go to Vu Ngo Jimmy Dds. I was referral to Dr. Vu by my friend to get my teeth straighten. He is a funny and easy going doctor. The first thing he did was make me laugh so it wouldnt scare me during the process. Also his handling is very gentle so the pain is less. I really love my straighten teeth now. I would highly recommend Dr. Vu Ngo Jimmy Dds to everyone.
