I went to this bar looking for a change from my old place. I found the people and the bartenders to be fun and charming.
They make martinis to die for! = )
I didn't think the prices were bad at all. A martini was 7.00, at my other bar they are 11.00
This is a cash only bar, so leave the credit cards at home.
Other than that.. have fun!

Yeah, I enjoy hanging out at this "dive" bar. The people are great and the drinks are strong. Problem here is parking though. It gets pretty packed. I also like the fact it is right next door to a new bar (THE CORNER BAR). So, it is really easy to bar hop back and forth. Go check it out.

I love the Blue Room and I love Leonard the bartender. Leonard always creates "new drinks" and hooks you up big time! The place is a cool dive bar, and it is in fact "blue" on the inside. They have a digital j.box, which is pretty awesome, darts, and a variety of people. It's a great place, and don't miss it on Halloween!

Being from an out of state college town, I'm used to loud bars with young scantily-clad bartends and horny fratguys, all socializing in a smoky loud atmosphere. This place doesn't have that. All the bartends I've seen at the Blue room were male, could mix a serious cocktail, old, or a mix. The few times I've been there was a woman who was the age of my grandmother waitressing. There seemed to be many local young professional types there. They've got a back patio for smokers. Inside is all done in blue lights. Even more interesting to me was that next door at a dive called Razzmatazz they serve cheaper beer and have a pool table. This Razz place had smoking indoors (don't narc them out, pls) and the bartends were female, but kind of career-bartend types. Most of the patrons were men. Actually, of the 4 or 5 times I've been in there, I saw only 1 non-employee female there. To each their own, but I like Razz better for its atmosphere, laid-back attitude, and pool table.

Great little local neighborhood bar. Really a very mellow, cozy and quiet place. A really good place to unwind and catch your breath. Take some quiet time to yourself. If you come often enough you will start to see some familiar faces. Really friendly barkeeps and I really like their reasonable prices.

I went to this bar because it had been in several movies such as the whole 10 yards. I decided to go here to just check it out for that reason. This place is kind of dark inside. There are mostly local people that go here and it is very melo. If you arelooking for a nice relaxing place to go to then I would recommend going there. Also my favorite thing is there is free parking what a deal!
