My sister and I purchased 2 maltese puppies from this store. One of them had internal parasites. Before the puppies came home, the pet store told my sister she must pay 1/2 the purchase price of the puppies to treat the giardia or they would not take him to the vet. After the puppies got home it was found out that the second puppy also had a parasite, coccidia. On one of the forms the pet store gave us, the breeders were listed (they were both located in Missouri). We researched them, and found out that they are not breeders but "puppy mills". We actually saw photos of one of the mills showing cages outside with no protection from the inclements except the roof of the cage. This must be why the puppies are not "AKC" registered. Also, they neglected to tell my sister that two male puppies may not get along. When the store manager called to find out how the puppies were doing, we told them that their aggressive fighting was disturbing. We also notified the store owner of this. They said "things may improve when they are neutered", suggested formal training (they were only 3 months old), and they would absolutely not take one back. I am very dissappointed with the lack of ethics, and lack of caring from this store. I would not recommend purchasing any animals from here, especially knowing the animals are purchased from puppy mills. The bottom line is this is a money-making business, and it seems the money takes precedence over the welfare of the animals.

My boyfriend purchased my beagle here and he is the cutest thing ever! He is 2.5 now and healthy as can be. They have a care package when your purchase your new puppy which includes a free initial check up with a vet in Tustin. We still take Cody to the same vet because we like them so much.

The little puppies will just draw you to this store. There are puppies displayed that will make you want to see all the other animals inside.

I have a dog of my own, and every once in a while I'd buy his food here. I also had fish before and I would buy their food here too.

The staff seems very friendly and animal loving. They are willing to take animals out to show them to prospective buyers.
