I recently moved to Pleasanton and was looking to stock up my kitchen with Indian spices - my house has two lemon trees that are dropping lemons like crazy and I have a great recipe for an Indian lemon pickle. I popped over to the India Spice House in Dublin, CA and was pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic selection of Indian, Thai, Malay and other ingredients. This is definitely a great place for anyone who fancies themselves a home chef. The owner was very friendly and helped me with my selection. In business since 1991.
PROS: Everything you need to make curries, masalas, etc
CONS: Not down the street
