Called Jan. 30th to see how long to fix a slow leak they said 30 minutes. Came in next morning they fixed the leak in less than 30 minutes and there was no charge. Yes, it was FREE. Everyone there was very nice. Will go back when I need tires.

When I first got to Skips and talked to john (sales-rep) I felt that I was being treated as a customer and not just another client. I really liked the honesty and the information that was provided to me from the staff.in getting answers about my car and what work needed to be done to my vehicle. I was impressed about the understanding in what I wanted done. When it came for pricing and the availability about parts I got answers that were swift and prompt. I was really happy and fully satisfied the way my vehicle came out. In leaving Skips and getting out on the road and being able to actually drive my car, I realized that I was driving in a whole new vehicle (tires-struts). Skips is well deserving of my service and I will be back there in the future to have them work on my vehicle again! Thanks John!

Skips I a place that puts customer experience above anything else! At least that is how it seems! I walked in for tires and was so impressed I came back last week for an oil change! I am much more comfortable giving my money to somebody in the community. They are great!

My steering wheel was shaking at high speeds so I drove into Skips Tire and Auto. They listened to what my problem was and then aligned my tires. My steering wheel no longer shakes and I am quite impressed with the service I received from Skips. They really took the time to make sure my car was in great condition which meant a lot to me!

Went in for a Tire change...Then their sales guy says oh your CV boot is torn also when I had them replaced at the dealer a year before.. I mean completely torn all the way around! I had to pay another $250.00..Thanks to Skips I TRUST NO ONE! who works on my car and I will make damm sure to know the condition of my car before taking it in for service-You literally have to take pictures of your car components before so they wont try to rip you off any way they can!
