Electric Chair

I only have been to the Electric Chair once....but that is all it took to never go back. I wanted a new look so I told the hairstylist to have fun and play with it a little, since she should know better than I what would look good. She cut 12" of my hair off with a razor giving me a very straight blunt cut. To add insult to injury as she was sweeping up my lifelong hair she mentioned how it would have been a good idea to donate the hair to "locks for love". But "oops too late", once the hair touches the floor it is unusable. She never discussed with me her plans for my new hairstyle. She knew she had messed up and only charged me $20 for something that if done right should have been nearly $100. I have spent years regrowing my hair out and now have a new hairstylist that I am VERY satisfied with.

I am not one for scary atmosphere and am actually somewhat of a goodie two shoes sheltered type. I LOVE the Electric Chair. Their website picture scares me but the hair cut I received was the best I have had. Greg gave me just what I wanted. The quality of the hair cuts I have received at the Electric Chair make me feel like I'm a star in Hollywood. Every time I come in I get a fun styling for the day. I would HIGHLY recommend going here. All the staff are super kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. I came in a had 7 inches of lifelong hair chopped off and re-done and they all cheered on my new look.

The Electric Chair is a great salon - the people are friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. They can do everything from haircuts to coloring to waxing. Everything is done well, and hair dyes are of an extremely high quality. The atmosphere is very trendy, with a stylish staff and an interestingly designed salon.

If the name scares you, you probably shouldn't go here. The Electric Chair is located in OB, and if you aren't familiar with OB and its atmosphere, you should go and check it out before you make an appointment.
The Electric Chair is very trendy and has a lot of sass. If you want to play with your hair, try a new style, or you're bored, I would definitely recommend The Electric Chair for a new style.
If tattoos or piercings scare you or make you uncomfortable, this also may not be the place for you, but you could ask for Trisha. I saw her once, and she still has the "Electric Chair" sass, but is a bit more mellow. I would highly recommend her!
