They will give you a quote you want to hear to get you to sign paperwork that binds you to them. Then come back with a price twice that amount and claim they never gave you the other quote- they will then try to sue you if you don't continue with them because you signed their contract. Bad news. You've been warned.</p> <p>Also, don't be fooled by their aggressive approach to showing you their credentials. If read carefully you will notice it's in another contracting companies name.
