I TRUST Pep Boys Long Beach more than any other mechanic I've been to since I started driving almost 30 years ago. The mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable and honest, hardworking and pay attention to detail. Moreover, they do NOT try to take advantage and tell you that you need services that you do not need. The prices are very reasonable. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Important to Note: As a woman, they provide much comfort and reassurance and trust. I am bringing my car to people that I KNOW do not take advantage - like many mechanics and dealerships do.
