To whom It may concern
Your Kearny Mesa Infiniti GM Richard "dick" Newendyke is extremely rude, he has no manner, unprofessional and I don't know who assigned him to be a General Manager.
This Morning Friday 8/26/2011 my GF called and ask him nicely to remove her phone number from their calling list, his answer was extremely unprofessional and told her this a business and we are not going to stop calling and go do what ever you can.
So we planned to let everyone know about his behavior and to notifying the Corporate office of infiniti USA unless if he apologize.

I recently purchased a car at Kearny Mesa Infiniti. Alex was my salesman and he was so helpful and knowledgable.
He made the entire process very smooth. He is very detail oriented. I did have a trade in and he was able to assist me with that as well.
Overall I can say I was impressed with the dealership and the service I received and I love my new G37, which fits my car seat perfectly by the way!

The service since I bought my car has been awsome.

Great sales staff. It took me several trips to finally decide on a car because I was doing a lot of research and comparison shopping. The sales staff was really patient with me and was able to give me the best deal. They had no problem answering all my questions and concerns and I love my new car!

I was shopping for a 2009 G37 sedan and contacted this dealership for a quote to compare with the others I had obtained. Both the sales person (strange lady named Anne) and the sales manager Matt had this snotty attitude and said "We are not interested in selling you this car at invoice pricing..."
OK. Another dealership evidently was because the next day I bought my new G37. Makes me wonder how these Kearny Mesa guys stay in business? Is their business booming in this depressed economy so much that they can scare off potential customers seeking competitive bids? I doggone doubt it. More than likely, they are suffering badly like all other car dealerships, but rather than being flexible and taking what they can get in this economy, they have instead taken on a defensive, "dig our heels in and don't let any of our cars go for invoice" attitude. Maybe since they're not moving new cars, they've decided to hold onto them to sell only to the sucker buyers who pay MSRP. Why sell them at invoice if they have enough uneducated, naive buyers who will pay $4,000 more. I see what type of customers they want. Serious buyers who know what the car should sell for and who know what they will pay, stay away from this dealership. It's not even worth your time trying to get a serious bid from them. Unless you don't mind being insulted and dismissed as someone who pulls your sales price out of your behind.

I had been a long term customer with Kearney Mesa Infiniti until the service department went down hill FAST! Brought my car in for an oil change and they normally are very friendly, take my car, give me a loaner car and I'm off to run a couple of errands. At times I wouldn't take the loaner because my car would be ready in less than a 1/2 hour. Not bad right? Well, apparently that's not the case anymore. They don't come out to your car anymore, you have to go in and find someone to write your car up. Then, when you find someone they ignore you as if they really don't need your business. I thought times were tough...maybe not for them. Don't be surprised if they call you dude, man, LADY instead of your name...that's not how they roll at IKM. Comments like..."Lady, I hope you made an appointment." Isn't a rarity. Please don't call me LADY!

I recommended a couple of ways that Todd could have approached me better and then left a couple of messages with the GM. Guess what? No returned phone calls! I guess this "Lady's" business doesn't matter.

If you want good service go to Infiniti Escondido. They call me by my name...imagine that!

I didn't buy a car here, but my boyfriend did. He went to a lot of places and this was the only place that took him seriously because he is young. They were responsive and took really good care of him before and after he bought the car. When I went to pick up the car with him, they were really nice to me. People who worked there were professional and friendly. They joked around with you and made you feel comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that they talked a lot.

Even though I end up not purchasing a car, their sales consulants were extremely helpful. I spoke to Johnson Thai who is very knowledgeable of Infinity products and will help you find the perfect car for you. Definitely met my expectations.
