I would not recommend to anyone to rent an apartment in this building, which has termites. The slumlord owner has had complaints lodged against her with the City's Department of Housing and the Housing Rights Commission. She refuses to make repairs and many units have stoves, dishwashers, etc. that don't work. The laundry machines are pathetic. I wish someone had warned me before I moved into this place.
