Pricey but good food
by Nancy C.
I dont go to Acme Chop House often. The price is too high, and its really noisy. But I love their slow braised beef. Can't tell if it is a good thing or a bad thing they dont include in the menu everyday, if they didI will be broke soon.

They have outdoor seating and a bar set up on the side walk. Good place to stop by for a drink before a ballgame. They also have super yummy oysters (if youre into that)

for the Giants games. Beers are cheaper than inside the park and you can access the park from inside the restaurant. The burgers are excellent. Not kid friendly - we had a tough time navigating our stroller inside.

In Acme you can get a chimay for around $5. outside in the ballpark a budweiser is $7. You can watch the giants lose inside and save two dollars and have a better beer. you can also reenter the game.

The Best Steak in the City

If you want to take your significant other out for a great steak meal, go to the ACME Chop House. While the prices may scare you off, think of it as a gourmet steak dinner, because it's worth every dime. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on all items on the menu, which makes it harder to choose what to eat, because it's all good! Try the braised ribs - they're awesome!! Game days are very busy, so book early if you want to eat at this first class restaurant.
PROS: Best steaks and service
CONS: Kind of pricey, but worth every dime
