I can't believe that this website gets bad review. They are so efficient & courteous. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They also have the best prices too.

crooks liars and thieves. worst than the federal government. i ordered a ticket online and then needed to make a change on the return date. they wanted $475 while the price on the internet is still the same. they are scammers and just want your money. i have now contacted the state attorney's office in los angeles and filed a report. trying to get a refund so i can book with someone else. they also lie and say your ticket will be emailed to you but it never is. they will charge you for a cancellation fee. they are indians that speak broken english and when you call back the 10th time, the give you an english name. i asked one what his name was and he said "frank". what a joke. these people should be put in jail. customer service is horrible. they hang up on you when they cannot understand your english.
frrustated . . . . and no stars but i have to choose one so this post will be accepted.

I don't understand the high reviews here. Whenever I search this company at other review sites, it seems to be very poorly rated.
I booked at ticket at an alarmingly low rate. I get an email stating, "We are unable to verify the card information. . . it is our company policy that the card holder should complete the following three step process to obtain E ticket confirmation." Among the three steps was to send them a copy of the front and back of my credit card, AND a COPY MY PASSPORT!!!! I became uncomfortable booking with this company so I called them to cancel everything within the hour. I call the number listed on their website for 24/7 service. The phone just rings. I called the second number listed on their website, and the phone just rings. I tried this four times. I called my credit card company immediately to report the fraud and sent AirTkt an email to cancel my transaction. I get a return phone call back from a strange number (I didn't know it was them) but I didn't answer as I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. They did not leave me a message and proceeded to call a second time 1 second later. The gentleman told me that I no longer need to send the copies of my card or passport and my ticket is good to go. At this point I wasn't comfortable and asked to cancel but I was told I had to pay a fee to cancel. I told him that my flight wasn't even booked yet since I don't even have the E-ticket confirmation. He proceeds to charge the cancellation fee on my credit card.

Each time I purchase a plane ticket from you, I carry out my responsibility as a consumer, and I compare your ticket price against: Orbitz, Cheaptickets, Sidestep, as well as each major carrier, directly.
Each time, I confirm again that you guys have an unbelievable service for this day and age in the airline industry. Not only do you always have the very best price, but you also offer the most flexibility in booking, and have been willing to help me make changes to my itinerary with minimal to no expense. Thank you for always helping me even at the last minute you always got me a flight and a good price you always called me back when i left messages i no longer are flying back to California every 6 weeks but will always use your services when family fly's in or we fly out thanks for helping with my travel need.
I have used this site many times in the past 3 years. My mom was ill and Sam was always able to help me with last minute tickets, as well as last minute changes, so I could fly to be with family. He is very easy and pleasant to work with and even lent a compassionate ear to my story. This company makes booking a trip a streamlined, painless experience, and the fact that you can always talk with a real person makes it that much more of a standout. I will definitely use them again.

Mike and Adam are an extremely well spoken, polite and patient men. They even went as far as to provide me great help and assistance. They were extremely polite and patient with handling my request and also versed me about recent security measures at airports. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them and your service to all my friends. Thank you so much for your assistance I want to thank Mike and Adam for helping me out on a tragic incident of my mothers death. Mike and Adam really helped me and where patient with me and understood what situation I was in. I wanted to go from Atlanta to Los Angeles as fast as i could so it was a last minute travel and i couldnt find any low prices anywhere i went on dozens of websites and searched all the airlines i knew went from Atlanta to Los Angeles but it was too much and I couldnt afford a lot of money. I tried to search for more websites hoping to find cheaper prices and i knew that there had to be some company that would offer customers low airfare. I found the company eros tours and travel they have couple of websites i went on airtkt {dot} com. I searched the flights and the dates and the prices where really cheap! i wanted the prices to be more cheaper so i called them up to make sure if this is true or not because i have been checking on all websites and i am unable to find a low airfare except this one. I called them up and mike picked up he understood what i was going through and spent the time on me so i can get a cheaper price or the the same cheap price that they had. mike and adam spent their time and got me the cheapest tickets they can possible get me. I just wanted to thank this company for helping me out and also i would like to thank mike and adam for understanding. Thank YOU!

I was searching online for a long time to find cheap tickets for international travel. I wanted to go to India actually. New Delhi would be the city and I searched and searched many websites and also looked up fares online with airlines, but at the end of the day I was unable to afford any of the fares I saw online. I think I spent about half a day searching for the cheap tickets that is affordable to my budget and not have to spend too much time at the airport and all. I searched more thinking why should I give up and I stumbled upon Airtkt. The name interested me because I am Indian and it sounds amazing also. I put in my destination and all the information time, date, etc. And searched my flights the flights were really cheap! About $1000. I guess God just bestowed his love upon me or something that I found this cheap ticket. Then for a second I was wandering if something is fishy because nobody else is selling the same destination ticket for a really low airfare and I called them up. I was talking to some representative and told me that everything is secure and if you see the fare book it because I might not see it again and I booked it! I saved so much money! Its really cool and I would like to THANK YOU! I just wanted to tell my story to people so you don??t have to waste your time looking at other sites rather you can just go to this site and book your tickets! I would recommend this site to everyone. They also have another site for Domestic/International flights called CheapFareGuru (dot) com

Eros Tours are very cheapest travel agents in USA for domestic airline tickets providing. They offer cheap tickets for US major cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, San Francisco and other in last minute
