Love them! I used to go to home stores and leave very frustrated -- either because the staff wasn't able to help or they didn't have the part I needed. I no longer have that problem since I've discovered Potts in SGV! Whatever my plumbing needs have been, Potts and staff have had the tools, parts, and knowledge to help me fix it myself! I make this my first and last stop now!!! Don't call a plumber -- go to Potts!

Staff knows how to help with all plumbing problems. Small business so hours may not be great but I never have any trouble finding help and the right supplies to correct any plumbing problems that I have.

They customized a tool for me on the spot - saved me hours.

I needed a faucet seat wrench. The standard universal tool was too long for my needs. The guys at Home Depot told me to look for it at Potts. Once there, they also had the universal tool only. However, they agreed to cut it off to fit my needs - free of charge. I gave the guy some extra bucks.

The tool worked fine for me. Removing three decade old faucet seats was an ease.

Great selection and helpful staff. Old-school plumbing supply store. I've come here a couple of times and they've always been knowledgeable and courteous. I often go to the big box stores to get basic supplies, but for plumbing parts I come here.

PROS: Good selection; they have all the obscure parts that I've needed
