The Blue Angle Cafe is not too big, but an average size. They have a good selection to pick from. The staff is very friendly and the prices are not to bad. It is in walking distance to the water as well.
4The Blue Angel is a must when your in Lake Tahoe. Greeted by a waitress we were given the choice of tables. Menu in hand we were told the specials, each more mouth watering than the last. As we read the menu we looked at each other and commented that if the food was half as good as the descriptions we were in for a great meal.
When the dinner came, we had pretty high expectations, let me assure you, they all were met and exceeded. Every mouth watering bite. I had a lamb curry that was perfect, as a lover of curry I'm picky. My friend dined on a seafood special. Let me tell you the sounds coming from our table were like herbal essence commercial. It was that good. Generous portions left enough to take home. And the bill was very reasonable for what we had.
This is a local favorite, so sit back and listen, we had a great time reliving the tales of the slopes from the party behind us. You won't be disappointed about anything at the Blue Angel.

Pros: Great portions, Chill environment, & amazing specials
Cons: NOT ONE THING
Go to the Blue Angel cafe if you like Fish Tacos (they use Mahi-Mahi), or if you are down with thin crust pizzas......theirs rock. Staff is delightful and the atmosphere is quite comfy. The menu is pretty eclectic, international and doesn't break the bank....the most expensive thing on the menu is $14.95( the fish of the day)....oh yeah I have enjoyed many a good breakfast here too.
