Quick & Personable

by Selena M.

I had to write a review for these guys b/c the last review was in '06... definitely, way too long ago. I put on a blouse today that didn't fit me like it use to so a friend of mine referred me to Sloan's. I called as soon as I got in the office (b/c I was determined to wear this top to my company's holiday party tonight) and was helped by a gentleman over the phone who said, "Come on down. I can do it right away!" Literally, as soon as I got there I specified that I called moments ago, I pulled off the top and had my blouse altered in no more than 10 minutes (I wasn't counting but it honestly felt like 5 min.).

Save your money for a cleaners who cares!!

by Evie I.

I took a suit there to be altered, the gentleman who helped me at drop off was nice enough. However, the girl who was at the counter (12/8/06) was extremely rude. She was unable to locate my suit and said "she wasn't there when I dropped it off, so she couldn't help me!" Excuse me, but don't you work there? Her lack of interest in helping we was truly upsetting. To make things worse, when my suit was finally located, they lost my garment bag and wood hanger. They also didn't press my suit but did manage to get it wrinkled. Adding insult to injury they charged me $40 for the alterations.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received

by Erin F.

I stopped going to this drycleaners after they lost a pair of my pants and not only did not find them, but did not return my phone calls. After a six month hiatus, I decided to give them another shot, only to discover things had not changed. My clothes have not been ready when promised, and today when they promised to deliver my drycleaning to my office (after it was not ready ontime) they left it downstairs with building security. I will never go back!

I was amazed by the skill and service!

by Jesus D. | insider Insider | Rank: 13,948

I've been to plenty of dry cleaners over the years but this has to be in my top five. They always get my items done quickly and always do a great job. I've got all my friends getting their stuff done there too! They've never lost or damaged any of my articles and I've always been impressed with their speed.

PROS: Fast and inexpensive
CONS: I don't have anything negative to say

Fast and Reliable

by S. A. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,198

I stopped in here because I was in this part of town. They were able to do some shirts of mine in less than 2 hours. I went to get lunch, came back, and my stuff was done. Despite the fact they had a busy load, they still got my stuff done fast. Definitely recommend!

This is a great dry cleaners. I was told by a friend that she had always been satisfied with the service here so I decided to try it out my self. I was very happy with the results and I will be coming back. The guy here was very nice and parking was available.

Good Dry Cleaning Service

by I. B. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,409

My husband had gotten some unaccountable stain on his new silver silk tie at work, and we both suspected that the tie had to be dry cleaned, so I took it to Sloan's. They explained that they could not guarantee that the stain would come out, and normally they would have to almost tear apart the tie to get to the stain, but they said they would try and only charged me less than $4 for it. When I picked the tie up, it was as good as new. They did a great job!
