One taste of Venice Pizza, and you will never stop going back. I drive from East county just to get the mouth-watering taste. The crust is extremely fresh tasting, a perfect thickness, and the sauce and cheese complete the great art of pizza. As a bonus they give you 1 free pizza for every 10 that you buy. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I would highly recommend Venice, I know I cannot get enough of it.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had - wish it was closer to my work - I would eat there more often if it was.

For years, I have been going to Venice Pizza. It's so delicious! Its a family operation, and my favorite is the provolone cheese pizza. Its worth the trip to try. I recommend it.

I am quite the pizza fan, and my boyfriend kept raving about this place and I finally had some for the first time last night.... amazing! It was super cheesy and the crust had the perfect thickness. Also, the sauce they used was awesome. All around the best pizza I've had in SD, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

First of all, let me say that I'm of Italian descent and originally from the New York City area. So I know what good pizza is supposed to taste like and in my humble opinion, Venice Pizza is tops! To start with, with most pizza places the crust is just something to throw the toppings on. Usually dry cardboard. At Venice, the crust is so delectable that you'll be tempted to eat with a knife and fork instead of using your hands. And I usually do! All of the ingredients used are top-notch, especially the italian sausage. The dinner entrees are very good as well. The marinara sauce they use is just right. Not burned like a lot of places. I especially go the the cheese ravioli if I not having the pizza.

Even the ambiance is reminiscent of an old '50's New York pizza house. The only criticism I can make is the pepperoni pizza is a bit salty for my taste. But even so, its so delicious that I can help but overlook it. Try Venice any night of the week. You won't be disappointed!

Pros: Great food. Good value. Prompt service.

Cons: Parking is scarce, especially on weekend nights

My sister took me here for a party. The pizza was fantastic. the best I've had. The flavor was incredible. Also had salad which was large for the price. I highly recommend them, I'll be going back. Ambience was average, service was good.
