My husband and I went to the Bailey, Banks and Biddle in Shaumburg, IL and were treated so well. They treat their customers with great care and respect the time you may need to find what you are looking for. Their staff are very knowledeable about jewlery and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. This is by far one of the best places to buy elegant and lasting jewelry!
We loved going there and will continue to purchase more items from them.

I can not think of a better place to buy jewlery. They treat you like royalty and have an amazing selection of wedding rings, etc. Besides buying for my wife, I recently went in with my best friend to help him pick out a wedding ring. They treated us very well, and were very helpful with suggestions and advice. Make this your first stop

I love this store and buy most of my jewelry here. They have great customer service and will clean and fix your jewelry too. I like to go in and see what they have- if you tell them what you are looking for- you can just sit back and they will bring it all to you.

PROS: Great staff.
CONS: they lost a braclet that was to be fixed & I never got it back
