I have been to many yoga studios in my life, and I have to say Yoga West is like no other. It feels like my second home. People are so warm and inviting, kind and helpful. The energy there is tranquil and serene. They serve daily

Yoga West is solely Kundalini Yoga. It's a sacred space with friendly people and yogi tea.
I am the Front Desk Manager. Everyday, I see a lot of stressed people go in to yoga class and a lot of relaxed people come out. I'd say it's working.
I can also see the difference between people who are doing yoga regularly and those who don't.

I went here last Tuesday to attended my first pre-natal yoga class. When you first walk in, it smells so good and fresh. They offer you tea and water while you wait for your class to begin. Everyone there was so friendly and they even had a great book for me to read about yoga and pregnancy.
