Not sure if I can go here again. Yoga in a heated room gives you a great workout... however, the room for some reason is carpeted and has a pungent smell coming off the carpet. This is not surprising since a class of 50 people sweat buckets on the same carpet several times a day. Sure you use mats and towels, but the first thing I noticed was the carpet was damp and smelled because you do stand on the carpet for several poses and even put your hands on the carpet for some. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the service is good. My main issue is the gross carpet. Also don't expect to change there, come dressed for yoga (this is inconvenient if you're coming from work)... otherwise you'll have to change in the bathroom where there are no lockers, just a few small open cubbies and 2 shower stalls. There are more cubbies in the yoga room and lobby which is where most of the people put their stuff but obviously you can't get changed there. And you have to get back into your car hot and sweaty because if you want to take a shower after class you'll wait in line forever. Bigger shower/changing facilities and a studio with a wood or anything but carpet floor would be ideal.
