I purchased a new organic spray to keep dogs off furniture. I was concerned that the product may not work. The cashier told me they stand behind there products and if it didn't work,, I could return it. Unfortunately, it didn't work - I returned it and received my money back. The cashier also told me that the product was new to the store and they always appreciate feedback. Anyway nice store, nice customer service

I went into this location on Oakdale Road and was disgusted by the sickly puppies they had in their glass enclosure. Their eyes were filled with goop, had nasal discharge and watery stool. I asked the clerk where the puppies came from. She called the manager up front. When I told the manager that most pet stores who sell puppies acquire them from puppy mills and I would like to see the breeder information for the puppies. They would not show it to me and asked me to leave the store. I asked who the vet was who treated the puppies in this store and they refused to tell me. Why hide this information? Most if not all pet stores who sell puppies acquire them from the Hunte Corporation who are the largest puppy brokers in the U.S. who get their pups from mills. Please google and research it. Do not give your money to support this. There are plenty of puppies at the local shelter or through rescue groups.
