I had a big plumbing problem and needed a plumber urgently. I contacted them and within a hour they were at my house. In less that 3 hours they fixed the problem and explained me what to do. They have a great web site where you can schedule the time you want them to come to your house and they sell great products for plumbing!

Being one of the bigger names in plumbing, I called these guys first when I had a clogged kitchen sink. Make sure you tell them you just need an estimate first, and they'll send someone to check out your problem. This will not cost you. The plumber guy came and checked out my sink. He was friendly and professional. Then quoted me $160 to clear my clogged sink.. FOLKS, that is expensive to just clear a drain.
My advice would to keep looking, specifically for a private plumber who is his own boss. Those guys are way cheaper, sometimes more than half the price. Call around and talk to at least 3-4 plumbers in your area and ask for an estimate over the phone. Then go with the cheapest guy.
Roto Rooter will probably do the job just as well, but charge you twice as much.
Pros: Professional. Will get the job done.
Cons: More expensive, sometimes 2x more, than the average plumber.
