This place offers cheap but great tasting food. However, if you are not craving mexican food than this is not your place. The service is absolutely amazing.

Porkyland makes all kinds of local specialties like california burritos, fresh and delicious. But the best thing to get is their fresh carnitas, which you can get on a burrito or by the family size container. Also, their homemade tortillas are delicious, and you can buy some to take home. Good prices, friendly service.

Coming into town is Porkyland on the right. They are excellent and have cheap prices. They give you alot of food and it is delicous. I recommend the rice drink, if you have never tried it you must!

If you want real Mexican food, this is where to go in La Jolla. There are tables outside to eat at. The inside is a little junky looking, but the food is outstanding. Do not be put off by the appearance of this food stand. This is one of those gems that all the locals know about. This is not Tex-Mex or Yuppie Mexican food. It isn't gourmet Mexican food. It is just good hearty regular every day Mexican food like you would get on the streets of Ensanada.
