This property management firm is great to work with. They manage and handle all problems and when it comes time to bill you they take their time in doing so. That is a frustrating part at times, they are very slow to send bills for the accounts you haveand this can upset one's accountant at times. For a business owner interested in cash flow, they are a great landlord, allowing you to pay, 10, 30 even 60 days late.
