Bowerman Greg Dvm - Peninsula Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my cats to Peninsula Vet Clinic since 1993. The entire staff is wonderful--you can tell they love animals, and love their job. Every vet in the practice (Dr. Bowerman has retired) is excellent. When my elderly cat developed glaucoma, they saved his sight. He contracted feline HIV, but lived a long and quality life thanks to the care at Peninsula Vet Clinic. They truly care about both pets and families. When we adopted a young rescue cat with trust issues, they were slow and gentle with exams and treatments. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a client for over 19 years. Dr Ewertz and staff have helped us through many emergencies, surgeries and losses. They are truly compassionate and not out to make a buck. We have 2 ex racing Greyhounds, a Cattle Dog and a cat, all are in very good health because of the care we receive at Peninsula. When it was time to say goodbye to Murphy, the entire staff was extremely sensitive to our needs, and Murphy went to sleep in the most caring and loving way. They even made a donation in her name to UC Davis Vet School. If you care about your pets, take them to Peninsula!

wow I am going to go on a limb and say anonymous is the vet or at the very least anonymous is a staff member of Peninsula veterinary clinic. the balls on you people I'm glad you won the malpractice law suit, but it seems that's all your worried about. that's the same reason why I have stopped taking my cats to your place. you people suck! crappy car and crappy service at an expensive price. this is definitely the icing on the cake. you people don't care. it's just a business for you, and I wont have it. I expect more, from people that are providing a service for me. If I am going to pay top dollar I expect top dollar work! That is the way I've become successful you people send me enough junk to let me know my cats need their shots but it's obvious you DON'T CARE ABOUT MY CATS!take my cats off your vet list, Cinnamon and Loki. and you can take us off your client list. Armand provides a poor review and claims of malpractice. This was reviewed by the CA Veterinary Medical Board and no malpractice was determined. His cat Big Red was in severe kidney failure as determined by several doctors at Peninsula veterinary clinic. His kidneys were not responding well to treatment and was given a poor prognosis. Kidney failure is serious and can be fatal in cats, as with people. To complicate things further his cat also had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. This would be similar to a person having an allergic reaction to penicillin or a bee sting . This can cause severe respiratory problems and can be fatal. This is a very sad case and an owner who obviously cared very much for his cat.

We were referred to Peninsula Vet - please note specifically Dr. Ewertz - by a friend. Dr. Ewertz is caring while being informative and knowledgeable, listens carefully to all our concerns, and best of all actually fixes our small dogs' health issues! The staff is friendly and the hospital is clean. We are most thankful for their treatment.

I have taken my dog to peninsula vet clinic since she was 2 months old. They have always been extrememly nice and helpful! Everytime we walk in, they remember both my name and my pets'. It is a great, welcoming envirnment !
