Here is what they have completed in 39 days: replaced an "o" ring in toilet assembly (3rd time); replaced a defective couch section (no charge, not covered by warranty); repaired stripped screw holes in dining table base; replaced a damaged electrical connector; replaced the A/C with a new one; repaired at least one oven part; re-installed blinds (3rd time); and hopefully they remembered to repair a defective retainer clip in my awning. For my trouble they have serviced the holding tanks. I still have not received word that they are done so it may be another month. Who knows?

Before I brought my unit in the manager set up my service appointment because I had been waiting since October of 2009 for my parts at Roseville store and the repairs were originally started in February of 2009. This is how long I have been trying to get my trailer repaired. I bought it new! Joey, the manager, assured me all parts had been ordered and were in stock.

At French Camp they kept me waiting from 12:20 to 3:35 for my work order to be printed up and never did get it printed up or give a copy to me. Then they said they would email the paperwork and took my email address before I left. They have not sent me a single email yet and have not responded to my requests. I thought talking to the owner or manager might help. After many request the owner finally called me and basically said, too bad, they are working efficiently and I was unreasonable to expect faster more courteous and efficient service.

Is this a company that deserves your business? You decide, and please pass the word to your friends who are looking to buy an RV!

Please look at the Better Business Bureau website; Notice it says unresolved? It is my guess many more have experianced the same but didn't take the time to write formal complaints.
My experiance has been one of frustration and disappointment due to poor repairs, having to bring my trailer back repeatedly for the same problems, they have not answered my emails concerning the very long wait for simple repairs and verbal promises that are not backed by written estimates.

Pros: 20 Years ago I trusted them and had good service

Cons: Unreliable, poor customer service after the sale
