The service writers out front are courteous, friendly, and personable. The office is plain, geared towards getting the order placed and the car scheduled for maintenance. I have been to this location twice, once to purchase a set of tires and the second time to have them rotated. At my second visit, the service write checked all four tires for tread wear. He did this taking several readings on each tire, which provides a more detailed indication of the tires health.
I especially approciate the warranty, which is one of kind in the industry. If anything goes wrong with a tire, they replace it. Yes, there are limitations, but it is a better deal than most of the rest of the industry. Check it out!
On both occassions, the service was timely and efficient. I will continue to them and will refer people to them. My first referral will be my son.
