Bob Smith Mini

I have tried TWICE to buy a mini cooper from Bob Smith in Calabassas. I can say that the sales rep was completely unhelpful, did not return phone calls and was extremely condescending. She also acted like the fact that they promise a loaner if you buy a car from them is not only (a) not matched by other mini dealers but also (b) worth the THOUSANDS more that Bob Smith will charge for the car. I mean really. A rental would be cheaper. When I tried to negotiate AT ALL, I was told basically to sod off and good luck finding a better deal. Well, I did. By over $2000.00 AND a loaner. And to cap it all off, I got a VERY insulting phone call from the salesgirl after I had bought a mini from a different dealer. They will never get any of my business again.

DO NOT buy or lease a car here!!! I leased a car here(a new one) with a few miles on it. They failed to tell me that the car had been in a major accident and they didn't tell me!!! At the end of my lease I went to trade it in ( for a Volvo) and they pulled up the carfax report. This is despicable! How dishonest can you get.

I got RIPPED OFF at Bob Smith MINI. Very Unpleasant. I would never take my vehicles there, or would I buy a car from them. Their service department ripped me off. Gave me one price to get me in, and then wanted to charge me $200 more than their original Estimate. Their Service Adviser Steve Dempster said he guesstimated how much it would be to fix my car. A Dealership as big as BOB SMITH, takes guesses?????? Just do your homework before you take your vehicle there or buy a car from them. They are vicious. If you don't know what you are doing, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

This company is top notch. The employee's are very friendly and will treat you with the utmost respect when you enter the building/lot. I recently drove to Bob Smith's mini from Bakersfield California to pick up the mini I had won from Dr. pepper. I have never met such friendly staff at a car dealership before.
