I went here to get my nephew's birthday pictures done, and was shocked to be expected to pay before the pictures were taken. I have never had to do that before, and I refused. A huge waste of time and a disappointment.

I came here because I needed to get a professional looking picture for a book that I had been included in and they were not friendly or helpful. I wanted to take just a plain black background shot with several different poises and they were trying to talk me into taking more pictures with different backgrounds. When I told then I was pressed for time and just want to take three poises on the one background. I was told that my pictures were not going to be great and that I would have to pay extra because that was not a package deal.
