Great food and very enexpensive.. Everything is always fresh and tasty. The onlty downfall to this place is they close very early. But it is a must try for a great breakfast.

Ed's Diner is a very nice mom and pop type restaurant. It is very quaint and the service is the best you could ask for. Whether you eat with your family in a booth or at the counter by yourself you will always leave satisfied.

Stopped by Ed's with Big Bird during my first ever trip to Cali last weekend. I'm a huge fan of diner fare, and this place did not disappoint. The menu features the usual American diner classics, and we opted for the Jumbo Bacon Cheeseburger. Ooo-wee, le yum!! A huge chunk of bakery-fresh French bread topped with two delicious meaty patties, perfect thick-cut bacon, and the toppings of our choice. Tip top fries too, though I couldn't finish them all due to the awesomeness of the burger. The service was excellent - friendly, prompt and accommodating. Who cares about the decor when the food is this good? We loved it. Will definitely go back again when we are in the area.

Pros: Good food, good choice, excellent value, great service, The Great Umbrella Brawl 2008

Cons: Can't think of any.

They serve basic american food like mashed potatoes and gravy, fried chicken, corn on the cob, apple pie, salads, and soup. They also have a little section on the menu for children under 12. As you sit and wait for your food, the intense aroma from food in the grilling area at the back of the kitchen wafts over the rest of the restaurant. It is a very pleasant place for a meal..
