Lisa Benest, MD Skincare & Laser Center

I have been coming here for at least 5 years!! Dr. Lisa Benest in a very knowledgeable dermatologist. She takes her time and knows her stuff. The front desk girls are all very sweet and start to feel like friends after a few visits. I have had facials, peels, laser hair removal...tons of beauty treatments here. I have sent my friends for fillers, permanent makeup and acne....they were all very pleased!!
Dr. Benest has removed moles for me and always showed me natural ways to stay healthy and keep my skin glowing. Her products are wonderful! I recommend her skin lightening cream for those dark spots!! It really works. She carries a variety of skin care from medical to all natural!
The treatment rooms are all made for comfort, and everyone is helpful!
I highly recommend her nurse LuAnne for all your filler and laser needs, she rocks!!! She has a great eye for detail and won't let you down!!

I had a terrible experience. Don't get the strong peeling there. They told me that will improve my skin condition, but it got worse. I told them what happened to my skin, then they recommended an expensive ointment, and I bought it and tried it, but it didn't work at all. I spent so much money there, and my skin just got worse.

All what they care is to sell more.

By the way, I don't know about the doctor. They didn't even let me see her.

I have been going to Dr. Benest's Office for about 6 months now, and I LOVE it! Dr. Benest was extremely knowlegable and knew exactly what would help my issue! Since doing what she recommended I have noticed a tremendous change in my skin for the better, and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. The office is super friendly and always helpful! I think that anyone who has a need for a good skin Doctor should go here!!

I was a first time patient who attempted to schedule an appointment approximately 2 months ago, when I called I was told that the office was busy and asked if I could call back. I was surprised that they did not take my number to call me back. A couple weeks later I called again to schedule an appointment and let them know that I was a new patient.

The Saturday afternoon before my Tuesday appointment I received voice mail from the Dr.'s office with a reminder of my appointment and notified to arrive early as I would have to fill out forms given I was a new patient. I was also told I could save some time if I went to their website to download the new patient forms if I wanted to fill them out ahead of time. I did get the forms from the site and filled them out.

When I arrived for my appointment I with my forms filled out I was told you don't accept Aetna or my PPO. This should have been told to me when I scheduled the appointment. The receptionist made it clear that any services would be out of pocket on my part and I would have to work with my insurance company directly. Had I know this I could have done it AHEAD of time. This was a waste of my time.

I can't speak to the services provided by the doctors, but I can tell you that the office staff needs to be educated on how to do their job, from the woman to I spoke with to make my appointment to the receptionist who abruptly said, "we don't accept this insurance" followed by it would be on me to follow-up with my insurance company on any claims.

The attitude in the office was very poor. The impression they give is that they focus on cosmetic procedures then providing true health care.

I have definitely noticed an improvement in the texture & amount of wrinkles after my photofacial treatments, particularly in my neck, which is what I was most concerned about in the first place. Everyone in the office is so sweet and so caring, always concerned about my comfort as well-being. I love coming to this office. JD

I suffered from a foot infection for almost a year and I tried all kinds of medications. I was referred to Dr. Benest. She looked at the infection, asked a few questions and prescribed some medication which did wonders! In less than a week the infection was gone. Thank you Dr. Benest!

I'd never had a "filler" for my wrinkles before so I was a bit nervous, but the nurses
at the office are incredible. Jennifer evaluated my skin and chose Perlane. She literally turned my frown
upside down. I didn't know so little could make such a big difference! I don't look like I'm sad or mad anymore. I wish I'd done this sooner.

The best there is. You leave there feeling great, looking great. Wonderful caring staff and Dr. Lisa is simply a brilliant doctor and an artist. There should be a sixth star here.

I have been getting treatments from Dennie Tabor in Dr. Benest's office for about two years, and for the first time in my life I am getting compliments on my skin that include the word "gorgeous." On a recent trip to Sephora, it was quite rewarding when the girls told me that my skin was flawless and my makeup was perfect! Dennie gave me the flawless skin--I just added a little makeup. Everyone in the office is personable and efficient. It's a pleasure to go there.

For 5 years we have tried it all. Different doctors, different medicines, but still no results. The nurses at Dr Lisa Benest's office did the Smoothbeam treatments for acne and I am happy to say she is now clear! They were always attentive to our needs and I recommend this office.

I have noticed so much improvement in my wrinkles from the laser treatments I have done. They also give the best Botox injections in town.

Dr. Benest is not only incredibly knowledgeable in her field, but has a wonderful manner and I knew I was in good hands. The staff is friendly and efficient - feels like home. Highly recommended.

I went to Dr. Benest based on a referral from my facialist. She was very nice, took care of my procedure very quickly and offered advice on other questions I had from her. I then referred her to a friend of mine who went and Dr Benest sent me a thank you note. That is class. I would reccomend her forsure
