So I've been taking my car here for more than 15 years. They have worked on my Toyota, and the Dodges, Fords, Hondas and (short ownership) Chevy that have graced our driveway. Recently, they've become intimate with my sad, sad VW.

What I like about the guys here is that they talk to you about your car. There's no service personnel to interfere or translate the diagnosis and recommendations. You get what the problem is, and how they diagnosed it.

Prices are reasonable.
They are ridiculously busy.
They are only open 8-5, M-F.

PROS: Service like nowhere else
CONS: Tough hours, no rental in the immediate vicinity
