Octopus Japanese Restaurant

They have a good service once you walk in the door as they yell hello to you in Japanese. the food can be a little too expensive for the portion given. there combo meals are probably the best because they have a better selection in the meals than Ichiban, which has better sushi.

i'm very picky when it comes to japanese food, and to be frank, octopus is alright, not the best, but doable. their udon noodles aren't that bad, but its not as filling as i hoped it to be. i prefer fuji across the street

Octopus is one of my favorite japanese food places. The service was good, the food is good, and the decoration is nice. I recommend this place if you want to have some good japnese food.

After seeing our favorite sushi restaurant close after 3 years of dining, we searched for a new sushi restaurant to call 'our own'. Finally, after visiting several restaurants in the Glendale area, we found OCTOPUS to have the quality, service, and atmosphere we've been looking for. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a loud shout from the chefs, as well as the wait staff. From start to finish, the food was wonderful, especially the banana tempura we discovered for dessert. The prices are actually slightly lower, but quality never the less as good, if not better than our former favorite sushi restaurant. We will be back...again...and again...and again.
