Ditto first reviewers comments! Except it took 2 mos. to get 1 pair of shoes heeled and another item repaired. Hours of operation is sparatic and inconsistant! 9 time out of 10 there will be a note on the door. Perhaps owner goes fishing alot or may need to take a permanent vacation. Recommend using shoe service in Lemoore or Visalia (much better service!).

Being that I live in a small town, limits my options for shoe repairs
I took my shoes into Seaman's on Irwin St September 02 20007.
I was assured I would have them my Sept 19 2007. I made mult calls in addition to dropping in to pick up my 2 pairs of heels. Both needed heel replacement, and one reqired new elastics on the buckle, But even with the required repairs, they would be done by 9/19/07. I dropped in 10/01 & was assured that if they were not done by the following day 10/02 I would not be charged for the repair. I received a call that next day advising me that my shoes were ready.
I have made two trips to pick up my shoes & each time there has been a note on the door.
I dropped by today 10/09/07 after work (5:15) there was a note on the door. A passerbyer saw the look of discouragement on my face informed me that he had seen that same look many other faces when they came to pick up there items and had to leave empty handed. (Oh yes, the claim ticket given to you when you drop off you shoes states ' not responsible for items left over 30 days) Funny hugh?
