Lo Eileen Od - East Bay Vision Ctr

I have my frame done and the lens on my frame is not even.
The staff have very bad customer service.
Over Charge me for the lens.
Big Mistake to have my frame done there.
I will take my business some where else.

I was drawn by the large variety of frame brands, especially niche ones as Oakley. Unfortunately, the help was less than satisfactory. Depending on who you get, you'll get different answers or a confused look.

Go for the variety of brands. Stay away for the help.

The optometrists here are headed by Dr. Eileen Lo, a very good optometrist. She is very professional, and she is also very experienced. You can trust your vision on her guidance.

The optometrists give you excellent service, but their secretaries don't. They roll their eyes when they are told to teach you something (ie. putting on contacts), or they are hesitant or reluctant to give you help. They would rather chat around instead of giving good support to their customers. Frankly, it is very annoying. It makes the optometrist look bad.

Overall, its a good place if you need a good optometrist.
