She is very professional, and she is also very experienced. You can trust your vision on her guidance.</p> <p>The optometrists give you excellent service, but their secretaries don't. They roll their eyes when they are told to teach you something (ie. putting on contacts), or they are hesitant or reluctant to give you help. They would rather chat around instead of giving good support to their customers. Frankly, it is very annoying.
