Tucker tire is conveniently located off the 5 Freeway. They have a large selection of tires and rims. They provide competitive pricing. What distinguishes Tucker Tire is there service. They provide the best service I have ever received from a automobile service company. They are quick responsive and stand by their word and guarantees.

Tucker Tires has the best customer service that I have ever experienced and fantastic prices! They are extremely knowledgable and provide fast service. In addition, if you buy your tires from them, they will rotate you tires for free anytime. I highly recommend them--very trustworthy!!

I have been going to Tucker Tire for years now, and their service is amazing!!! They are honest, and have never charged me for patching tires. Once they gave my daughter a free tire when she was learning how to drive, went over a curb, and flattened her tire! The guys that work there are friendly, and the service is fast! I highly recommend Tucker Tire!!!
Pros: Honesty, Integrity, Fast service

I am a repeat customer of Tucker tires because they have been honest and never try to upsell me. They have an 'old school' way of doing business by getting it done. No employees just hanging around while your car sits out back. I don't think the wait is any longer than any other place. It just feels longer because there isn't a store to walk around (and spend more money in) to occupy your time. Bring a book and enjoy the break!
As for the phone service, they aren't here for lattes and muffins, they are in the tire business. Get over yourself and drive down there. That's where the good stuff is.
Pros: reasonable prices, no 'hanging around' the shop
Cons: waiting time is spent in tire storage/waiting room

We bought some tires for our car in September of last year, they were great tires. Just a week ago however, someone noticed an apparent defect with the tires and we immediately brought our vehicle back to them (It's almost April). The guys looked at it and mentioned that they'd seen the defect from another customer & without any questions, and right away, they completely replaced all tires at no charge! This insured that I will do business with no one else because of how this company treated us. We've bought tires from them over the years and the tires we most recently bought were rated top of the line in Consumer Reports, but because this set happened to be defective, I really appreciate the honesty and courtesy displayed by Tucker! Thanks.
Pros: Out the door pricing / Service & Attitude
Cons: Not too bad, but you must wait

I have been going to Tucker Tire In Laguna Niguel since 1988 and have had great service everytime i have gone there and i have bought many tires from them for myself ,Son's Daughters Wifes.Mom's car and and yea sometimes you have to wait but they always get you out the door as fast as possible but try to stay away from buying on saturdays as they are very busy and of course they have fresh coffee and donuts every morning for the customers .You will always get a deal and i have sent many a friend to them and John and Wade and crew are always very helpful in your purchase. ( I know i will continue to shop at Tucker Tire.
Pros: Excellent Service / Great Tire Prices
Cons: Do call early or just drive down to them .

I would never go anywhere else to buy tires. I did not give them 5 stars because they are BUSY and you have to be willing to wait. They are honest and fair. I would rather deal with someone that I can trust then to save few dollars from someone that may cheat me .. mind you, I am NOT suggesting in any way that they are not the cheapest. I don't care ... I go to them for all my tire needs.
Right now I am thinking about, maybe, buying some new wheels for my Aston Martin and Tucker will be the first source that I will check.
Pros: Knowledge, service and trust factor.
Cons: You have to wait .. and wait ..

These guys don't take reservations for service! They sold my wife a set of tires for a reasonable price, but did not balance them properly. I came back to get them rebalanced and was told to pull around back and was given the impression that I would be taken care of quickly. I sat there for an hour and a half! I asked what was taking so long, and was told that several cars were in front of me. I was here because they didn't do their job right in the first place!!!! They finally rebalanced the tires, I pulled off the lot and drove on the freeway where my SUV continued to shake... these guys are morons who don't know how to balance tires and have awful customer service! Do not go here! Pay the extra $20 and go to costco, discount tires, goodyear... or anywhere but here!

I have used Tucker Tire for 15-20 years and have always gotten GREAT service. Over the years I have purchased high-end tires for my Mercedes sedan and my Mercedes SL coup, All-weather tires for my Ford Explorer and Expedition, and heavy duty tires for my work trucks. They have always given me great advice and prompt service. When I ask for advice they never make me feel like they are trying to sell me their most expensive tires, in fact on several occasions they have recomended lower priced tires that will provide better performance. I have never been disappointed.

Good deal on tires and pretty friendly customer service. This place was recommended by a couple of people that I know.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Horrible customer service, bad attitude, not the best deal around

tucker is an awesome place! my family has been buying tired from them for over 10 years. all of our cars have and will always have tires from tucker. they are great, easy going people. drop your car off in the morning and pick it up later. the prices are great, the service is personal. sometimes i don't even think they make a profit. try them out and see for yourself.

I have lived in OC my forty years of life and when a tow truck driver turned me on to Tucker Tire in 1995 I was thankful and relieved to have found an honest shop to handle any part of my vehicle. Being a marketing guru, just for kicks I've inquired elsewhere as I've changed vehicles through the years posing a need for a variety of specialty tires...no one has been able to beat Tucker! I've found it's not necessary to phone for an appointment, show up and they'll do their best to get you handled on the spot. Think logically and go early mid-week and they'll have the time to answer all your questions. (I apologize for the weekend wait, I've turned many people on to the best tire experience.) *I agree, the doughnuts and coffee in the waiting room are an added treat! SINCERE THANKS TUCKER TIRE!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. So what if they are too busy working out back during busy times to answer phone calls. Just call back later if you need to chat. They know their stuff and their prices can't be beat. Always worth the wait.
Pros: They know their stuff and have great prices
Cons: They do a lot of business and you may have to wait... duh!

Tucker Tire in Laguna Niguel has great prices but horrible customer service. They REFUSE to answer their phone so if you drop your car off, be prepared to wait or just show to get it because the will not answer their phone to communicate with their customers. You can't get a price quote on the phone either to compare them against their competition because they WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE so this time, I took my business to Costo and bought my tires there.

I work for UPS so I see where people are buying hi end tires. there are places that sell you tires for a little less but buy the time you get them shipped to your house and mounted Tucker beats them. They always tell you to come back and they will rotate the tires for you. Contrary to what other people have written they do have a waiting room and donuts for the cutomer in the morning. I know I had one on two seperate occassions. The place is filthy but don't worry you won't have to stand long they are quick and get you in in out in a hurry. The biggest drawn back is the line at the customer counter and Sat mornings. THIS PLACE DOES OVER $5,000,000.00 IN BUSINESS A YEAR. I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO FIND A PLACE WHERE THEY CAN GET A NEW TIRE MOUNTED FOR LESS. I've been buying tires there for over 20 years and I see no reason to stop now.
Pros: The guys are faster than a NASCAR pit crew
Cons: Line on Sat mornings, closed on Sundays.

I have been going to Tucker Tire for at least 10 years and swear by them. The guys may be rushed at the front desk but they will help you in any way you need. When you buy tires there they suggest you come back in 6 months for a free rotation.
Pros: You get what you need
Cons: The waiting room is classic for where you are

A colleague recommended Tucker Tires when I asked about having my tires rotated. I drove inyesterday morning at 8:00 and was out by 8:05. The guys just backed my car in to the lift, rotated the tires. When they were done I asked "How much" - and the response was, "No charge."
It's pretty simple. Of course I'll return when I need tires for my car. My colleague who made the recommendation told me that his parents have been going to Tucker Tires for twenty-years.
Pros: Customer service, quick service, easy to locate
Cons: there's no waiting room
