In ShortFounded in 1901 in Chicago by Charles R. Walgreen Sr., this neighborhood pharmacy has grown to be one of the nation's largest drugstore chains. Each store carries 25,000 different items--from cleaning products to electronics and greeting cards. I love this Walgreens! The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Last time I went to pick up a prescription they noticed that I was taking some medication that could react with my prescription that my doctor hadn't noticed.
I also like the rest of the store, the clerks are always friendly. Plus I love that it is just down the street from where I live.
