I went in to this Aloha Pool store and was looking for the previous Store owner, but was told he moved away and that this guy took over. Then the guy at Aloha really didn't know his business. His information was inaccurate and his knowledge was lacking.
I later found the previous owner still in the area, and the lies I was told really upset me. A business man should not tell lies about the competition to get business.
I definately have no trust in this guys shady business.
I am glad I found the previous owner still local and still in business and his business is run with integrity.

This company set up an appointment to come save my pool before a big event I was having. I wanted Aloha to start a regular pool service for us.

My current pool service just stopped coming, and my pool was dark green. I called Aloha to ask if there was anyway to save my pool. They said yes, but they wouldn't be able to come out until Mon. (this was on Thurs.) They said it would be barely enough time to save my pool.

Mon. came and they called to cancel. Then Tues. there truck wasn't running right. We wanted to buy the chemicals and start the process ourselves, they told us it would be too expensive for us. Then Wed. they just flaked.

I bought the chemicals myself at Kmart for under $60, and saved the pool myself. Like I had all this extra time before while preparing for my big event!

I guess when you live 4 miles from the main area of town, but in the mountains, services think they have the upper hand and you should be begging to give them your money.

I don't recommend using a flaky pool service or one day you may find you have a green pool and a lot of extra work in store.
