This gym is set up nicely, the way it is sectioned off is very accomodating. Every possible machine you can imagine for your using pleasure, and ver friendly, helpful staff. Great customer service skills. Refreshing drink and smoothie bar for your post or pre-workout needs. Large pool and jacuzzi, also there is a suana and nice locker room. Very crowded at prime times after working hours, between 5-8:00 pm.
a little old, but they try to keep up with the newer, prettier clubs. ok tanning beds, although, I sometimes have to get dressed, and go back upstairs, to remind someone to turn on the bed for me. A nice place to go, if you aren't in the best shape, andnot feel weird....most of the 'hotties' go to one of the newer gyms, so they can pick up on other hotties!
