I was just running errands, thinking I've let myself go a bit. So I popped in here for a upper lip waxing. I don't know the name of the person who did it but the woman ripped half my face off. i am a walking scab, The wax was too hot and they just ripped the strips off so brutally I teared a lot. I didn't realize till i left the place that I was missing several layers of skin in huge patches, one of which extends far out onto my cheek.

I like the stylist Lin there. She is very skilled and she cuts my hair according to my hair style, she knows what hair style works best for me. She remembers my preference and is a very helpful lady. I think they can improve their store decoration though..

When you first step into this place, it looks like a relic from the 80's. But I don't come here to have my hair styled but to have my eyebrows threaded. The woman that performs this unique and old-world service is great. Her name is Nina. She's been threading her own face since she was 15 and I would guess she's in her late 30's now. She is fast and accurate. She threaded my brows into a perfect shape. If you ever get a chance to see someone do this, by all means do. It's an amazing art.
