I called in to have someone come out to fix my TV. He asked many questions about the problem. He then told me to have the cable company out to fix it at no charge

Pros: tells the truth

Quite possibly the nicest person I've dealt with in a long time. Charged me a small fee for coming to my house and checking on my television, and quoted me a fair estimate. Unfortunately my TV was beyond repair, and did not charge me anything further.\r\n\r\nHighly recommend

Pros: Makes house calls, very upfront with me about what he was going to do

Cons: Wasn't able to fix the problem - not sure if that's his fault or if the TV was too busted
