.

Our agent failed to ask for my foreign citizen's wife's name as it appears on her passport, leading to tickets being issued in her married name instead of her maiden (ticket and passport last names must match, and didn't). Agent later lied outright and repeatedly, claiming she had asked for name directly from passport, even with two witnesses (myself and my father) present and able to verify in detail that she in fact had not. She even went so far as to claim that a fellow agent well outside earshot had overheard her ask the proper question. Now we are stuck paying $300 for ticket re-issue fee and $300 more for ticket price increase since our initial purchase. Representatives of this agency blatantly lied to cover their error and to avoid having to financially rectify it. Since the agent was also the manager of the place, she had no boss I could take the issue up with. Convenient for her. Book internationally (or at all) with this agency WITH CAUTION, and if you do, be sure to check your own facts beforehand, because they won't mention any potential hiccups before saying YOU as the customer are responsible for knowing the intricacies of booking travel! So the customer pays extra for a service to ensure safe and correct booking and travel procedures, but winds up with the finger of error pointed back him/herself. No wonder travel agencies are becoming obsolete. Entirely frustrating experience that cost us much more than booking ourselves via the Internet. Stay far away.
